Crisis Negotiations Team

The Crisis Negotiations Team is an ancillary assignment. The Crisis Negotiations Team is utilized for incidents involving individuals in a crisis situation who have taken someone hostage or have barricaded themselves within a vehicle, building or a similar setting to avoid arrest or detention. The Crisis Negotiation Team’s goal is to negotiate a peaceful resolution to every situation that they are involved.
